Weipa four-day fishing charters, designed to deliver you the best fishing experience in our remote wilderness, is what we do at Far North Fishing Weipa. Our patch of paradise is arguably the best adventure and sport fishing location in Australia. Our tiny township is perched on the edge of the western cape of Queensland, inaccessible by road for months at a time in the ‘wet’ season. That’s just how we like it too. Lots of water teeming with big ‘bucket list’ fish.

We’re talking Barramundi, Jacks, Queen Fish, Fingermark, Mackerel, Saratoga and more. When you come here, the city life is well and truly left behind. This country is meant for fishing and we’ll show you the best bits, whether it’s your first time or your fifth time. Contact us today and let Far North Fishing Weipa take care of all the details. SPORT FISHING

Spoilt for choice. There’s big Barramundi in abundance, not to mention Mangrove Jacks, Cod, Salmon, Grunter, Grouper, Trevally and more. Come land the big one with us.

Jacob Murray

By far the best fishing charter I’ve been on. Not only did he go above and beyond on what he called a “slow days fishing” to make sure we still had a great day, but he’s just a genuine top bloke. Wouldn’t go with anyone else up there after fishing with Kurt.

WEIPA FISHING CHARTERS FOUR DAYS / FIVE NIGHTS

Book our 4-day Weipa Fishing charters for sports fishing or fly fishing. If it’s sports fishing you’re after, we can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per charter, which is 3 people per boat, plus 2 experienced fishing guides. For fly fishing, it’s smaller numbers to provide maximum space for casting. Can be booked for solo charters, or a maximum of 4 guests, which is 2 per boat and 2 experienced fly fishing guides.

Both options include 4 days fishing and 5 nights’ accommodation, with a choice of options (see below). Each day provides approximately 9 hours of fishing, which can commence and end at the times that suit you (see our example fishing itinerary).

Airport and accommodation transfers are included, as are meals and non-alcoholic refreshments while fishing. We supply rods and reels (for sports not fly), but feel free to bring your own too. Lures, jigs and flys are all available for sale, at extra cost. Flights and alcohol are not included, in our Weipa four-day fishing charters. For more information contact Far North Fishing Weipa today on 0417 098 732 or email fishing@farnorthfishingweipa.com.au
